i love what youve done with the car. i want to get a supercharger or turbonium down the road. i have a lot of maintenance and fixing first to prepare her for her major upgrades. its tuff and my car has low mileage. the previous owner didnt keep up with car and hit it in the front and didnt tell me. i liked "my car, my money, my style" good job.

It's worth it, just takes a bit of patience to get it up and running smoothely. It's a constant project to keep boost happy on a D series.

Nice work with the JRSC, Nate! How's it feel so far, does it have good pull? That'll be my main power upgrade for my Y7 motor eventually, just want to get opinions on it.

I love the super charger. I wouldn't mind slappin that in my accord. Nice job. Keep up the good work and post some time slips if possible some time.

Yeah, we do have similar tastes. I bought the exact same bumper about 2 weeks ago. I think I'm gonna go Buddy Club for the sideskirts and Tsunami T2000 for the rear bumper. I think I'm also gonna get the Type-R OEM foglights, they're supposed to fit perfectly in the holes of the new front bumper. Well, thanks for checking out my ride, next stop for me is some new lighter rims and a suspension package (probably). BUT, being in college does kinda put a damper on my project, and I'm sure you know how that goes ;) Keep up the good work man.

Well the bushings (all of them) in my Megan Racing RLCAs crapped out on me and began to deteriorate and crack. Not good having owned them not much longer than a year. So I replaced them with a set of champeign silver Omni Power RLCAs, the bushings definitely look a lot better than the Megans did when new.

As for the HIDs, definitely a worth while investment I feel, especially given the $280 price I paid for the kit I got. I went with 5000K because it's the most light output you can get of the kits available, the higher the color temp, the lower the light output will be as blue and purple can't illuminate nearly as far or much as light closer to white in color. I noticed the differance with them from my halogens right away as I installed them in the rain. With even Silverstar bulbs, you can barely even see the ground at night in the rain. With the HIDs the ground lights up well in the rain at night, a definite plus. Most people get HID just for looks or a staus statement, I got them solely for their actual benifits rather than looks. They light up dark secluded roads at night almost like daylight, they won't melt or fry your wiring, harnesses or housings, they only use 35w of power and in theory you should never have to replace them bulbs. I got tired of different bulbs I've owned through the years burning out on me (even a pair of PIAA GT-X bulbs I had burned out on me in 9 months), so not wanting to keep paying that cost, I just decided to go HID and haven't looked back since. For halogen bulbs, you still can't beat the illumincity of PIAA Super Plasma GT-X or Sylvania/Orsam Silverstars, the only two bulbs I'd ever recommend to anyone.

Still loving this car! Forget anything I told you about the ITR rear swaybar. It's definitely good and will improve things, but just a for warning, 2 months after I made my comment in sept. about how good it is, mine started to finally after almost 2 years, rip itself out of the subframe. I had to have the damage welded fixed, and have "1/8 thick steel plates welded over that for added reinforcement. I recently installed in a 15mm Del Sol VTEC rear bar, and will be getting rid of the ITR bar and Beak's kit i had for it. If you still plan to get one, just be very careful with it and chekc up on it and the subframe regularly. I have pics on my profile with the plates welded on, and then of the new Del Sol bar I installed in last week. Good luck with things as always!!

Look at the picture of the gauges. On the bezel, I have two leds mounted. The left one is security and the right one is the VTEC indicator led. It lights up once the engine hits 5400rpms and VTEC is engaged.

There is a How To on wiring it up in the forums.

i bought the wing from ebay, its call the techno r wing, it cost like arouns $225, for shipping and insurance. i bought the side skirts for $150. i bought them from this one import place in my area. the wing i gave on my car would look hella nice on yours. but the mugan wing, it too small in size not height. if it was bigger, the it would look nice.

Posted By: BrutalB83
Date: 02/03/2005
Yeah I think I did buy the same muffler as you actually. Haven't put it on yet though, actually debating on selling the car. I moved to Michigan and we currently have no garage and all the roads are dirt. Not exactly optimal conditions for working on or modifying your car...but anyway, we will see. Keep up the good work on yours, it always looks great!

Nice ride man, what's it run, if you've run it. i finally got mine to pull a 16 on it...it usually ran like mid to low 17's...oh and one quick question....mine doesnt actually redline until it gets to about 8 1/2...i can't figure it out...but when it does redline it make a REALLY bad sound...its like a wack version of a blowoff valve kickin in...its weird ***** man. any idea what it might be?

Hey man, seeing as to how you have your suspension done up moderately and added the 'Frame Lock" recently, I'd highly suggest getting a rear swaybar. I have an ITR one on my Civic, and I see that you have it on your "to-do" list for the future. It'll definitely make a vast improvement to your car's handling. Keep up the good work on the car man, still looking better and better each time I check it out. Peace!

Very nice ride, I dig the wheels! Any pics of them on at all? Also I updated my profile with a better pic of the Megan LCAs. I wouldn't get their tiebar though, it's a generic hinged style, I'd get something one piece like a Cusco, Beak's Performance or Tanabe rear tiebar.

Everything was new off of eBay.

in case no one has noticed.....he bought this car like 2 months ago. i think hes done some pretty good stuff with it. as far as lowering it, im sure he doesnt wanna rig it like half the cars on this site. take your time and do it right. nothing funnier than broke, squeaking coilovers goin down the road...also, the rims lift the car a little. thats why it looks high

Posted By: Hondafan04
Date: 06/08/2004
Did you raise your car? It looks like it has truck suspension. You should really lower it and trick out the body.

red "H" but no type r? hummmmm might wanna lower ur car as well

Posted By: Plasmex
Date: 05/11/2004
Lookin pretty good, your car looks unusually high in the front end. Mines not lowered at all and it doesnt look that high. Altho my engine is heaver, but i wouldnt think it would make that much of a difference. Defiantly change out the rear corner lights, they sell for about 50-70 bux for the whole rear red/clear lense set. Still looks stock, but looks so much more clean

Posted By: reemo_2001
Date: 04/30/2004
car looks good, but you should change the corner sections of your rear tail lights, change to the red and clear just like the trunk lights.....just my opinion....

Hmmm...maybe my cd player is a different one then, or a newer model because it does play MP3's. I think mine is the CDX-8800 actually.
Hey, do you have a Walmart or Super Walmart in town? That's where I got my Silverstar Bulbs, and they were a bit cheaper than most other places too. I was surprised that Walmart carried them, but oh well, I'm not complaining...

Posted By: Sp33dD33mon

Nice Ride man. Everything seems fine. But i only got 3 words for you - Lower the Ride . Do it as soon as possible. :)

Posted By: Renik
Date: 04/26/2004
only things about the radio i don't like is not having it play mp3 cd's or having a removable faceplate. otherwise it's great. the display can be seen in any daylight. eventually, i'd like to swap to a panasonic head unit. but for now, i just have my rca lyra mp3 player hooked up to the rca inputs.

i was looking for sylvania silverstars, but no one in town had them in stock at the moment, so i just bought the matrix bulbs for the time being. again, i'll swap them out later in the future. but for now, they're ok. at least they're not 'blue'.

Posted By: 94accordex
Date: 04/25/2004
Do you like the CDX-M800? I've got the same one in my Accord. I think it's a pretty sweet CD player, but sometimes I wish I'd gone with an Alpine, Kenwood, or Pioneer, just so I don't ever have to hear "man, Xplod stuff is crap...should have got an Alpine." Seems like no one around here likes Sony. Oh, didn't you use to have Sylvania Silverstars? What made you change to the Matrix bulbs? It's a good start you' ve got going here...I've had my Accord for almost 3 years, and you've already done more to your car than I have. Keep up the good work!

yea, i think the megan exhaust sounds great. It is deep and loud and sounds great once you hit the high RPM's.
