thats good that you took off those rubber thingies that good on the back wheel well. u just saved this itr from that infamous honda rust.

I thought those were to keep it from rusting. See b/c of the multi layers and air trapped in between them, as it gets hot and cold out side the air inside condenses, moisture builds up and over time you get the honda rust. See I don't think my coupe has those hoses and so they rust. The hoses are meant to expell the moistuer, you DO NOT want moisture. So I'd leave them on.

No matter how much you modify a GSR to be like a Type R, it will never be one. I suggest you get the real thing - you will NOT be disappointed :) Thanks for checking out my car!

They're not green...they're just really blue unless it's dark outside. Those pics were taken at dusk, and my camera kind of messes up a bit around then.

I like your reply to jezekracing of: "I appreciate the thought, but it's already pretty low. It's set up to handle on the coilovers and it's tuned pretty well in that area, so maybe a little bit, but not much more. It just looks high off the ground because of the missing lip."

Though it might not look low intially (ITRs are about 1" lower than other Integras from the factory for those that don't know) handling is all about having flexability with the suspension. You NEED some body roll, you NEED some wheel gap, just not a whole lot. I'm glad to hear you have it setup to accomidate handling, that it was the ITR was created for, canyon carving, not stints down a strip. Weds are nice wheels, but I'd have to agree that Work Emotions would look very much at home on your DC given it's unique yellow color. And more on the color, DON'T repaint it, I love the yellow and like you said below, it's rare! Keep up the awesome work!

Go with full-race if you can afford it. I'd rather have that manifold than the SFP one, but I have to live with this until I get some money again. School sucks :(

Posted By: horrse
Date: 11/02/2005
yeah I'm overhaulin the engine spring of next year and will have a built for turbo block and type R spec head mods... check back then for updates oh by the way how do you like SFP's turbo manifold? I think i'ma go with a fullrace or something similar

Thanks for all the comments!

Yeah, CW is an awesome color...and the most rare of the USDM ITRs. Maybe someday I'll do a whole respray and get it white, but that's a LONG ways away

14psi daily, 20psi on race days (with 120 octane). I went to the track once, but due to a bunch of reasons (call them excuses) my times sucked...on low boost I ran a 13.5 at 112mph...but I didn't launch hard, didn't rev very high, and didn't shift very quickly. Oh well.

Thank you! Yeah, both are on the list of things to get, but a retune is needed before I do anything asthetic

I appreciate the thought, but it's already pretty low. It's set up to handle on the coilovers and it's tuned pretty well in that area, so maybe a little bit, but not much more. It just looks high off the ground because of the missing lip.

Thanks again, and please check in often. I'm always updating and taking new pics, and I love hearing comments and criticism!

Very well put together ITR you have. I thought all ITRs came with the Momo made 3-spoke steering wheel though? I guess that was only the JDM ones. =\ I love the JDM HID front conversion you did on it, and then the sweet C-West lip you added to the mix. Of I'm contradicting myself asking this 9see profile) but do you plan to paint the lip to match, or keep it black? I have a black CTR style lip on my silver EJ6 coupe, but chose not to paint it as when it scrapes the ground on dips and driveways, no one will ever notice or see it. Anyways, keep up the great work with the car and good luck!!
