"Forced induction" means boost, i.e. turbo or supercharger. A cold air intake doesn't count as forced induction.

And I'm sorry, but those rims are hideous...I imagine they cost a fortune too. Honestly I think $10,000 is a bit high for an asking price. A checked blue book for a 99 Accord and it's nowhere near 10 grand, not even in excellent condition. Keep in mind that you don't get back all of what you paid for in modifications when you sell your car, unless you can find somebody else that wants exactly what you did to it. Usually though, you'll end up taking a fairly significant loss on that kind of thing.
