& REBUILDING my Engine over Summer , Cops got me for illegal modifications , have to start from scratch.

nice civic. i love it. if i were you i'd had the OEM fogs, but other than that, it looks great. oh and welcome to the forums!

thanks guys , yea soon as i get my ticket cleared , im going to be the normal i/h/e . then later down the road probably swap it for a B18C1 GSR engine. Its just real hard to do anything specially here in California . its the Worst place to Drive an IMPORT.

There is no LX coupe, at least not until 2001. I'm guessing it's an EX as well.

If you're Talking about Pot Holes and Heavy Traffic all day then It's true. J/k J/k
First, Welcome to the Forum. Second, Nice civic Indeed. Third, Not just In cali is the worst place to drive an Import, Unless you kinda explain to me a lil bit better cause I'm not understanding what you mean. Cops are always going to harass any Nice looking Hooked up Import. Why, Because of clowns that race in the street and do 1 of 3 things:
1. Loose Control and Wreck either by (Hopefully) themselves or with someone else. Which sometimes turns Fatal.
2. Their Opponent wrecks alone also or with someone else, again which sometimes turns Fatal.
Or
3. Police catches them Speeding and get Pulled over.
I've done #3 only and after a lot of Citations, I Learned a lesson.
