So as you all know i lowered my car, ben knows i had a little problem with that, lol, but i finally got my headlights, bumper lights, and front Type-R lip on. So I thought i would just post some pictures up of the progress now that i washed her, I ordered a 6000K hid kit because when i installed the headlights i expected them to be like stock with no cut off line, but they have an extremely defined cut off line so i went ahead with the HID's! Let me know what you guys think!!

eh... we took it to the shop about a month ago and got everything taken care of, the mechanic i always use told me right around 750 dollars to replace the seal, so i went ahead with it and when i came to pick it up 5 days later he only charged me 237.16 for it :) needless to say i was an extremely happy camper at that point!!

well im not going to post any pictures of what they look like on a wall because they aren't pretty at all because the instructions filed to mention the two reflectors that have to be on the bulb....
http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k162/drummerdude141/facelift017.jpg
but other than that im very impressed with the light output and im sure the reflectors will help aim everything in the right direction lol but here is the kit, the light, and then the front of the car with them on

yea i hope so, if not then im taking them out and selling them, im not up for blinding every single peson on the road lol
EDIT: you guys should have seen what they looked light driving down the raod last night, the light was EVERYWHERE! i mean about twenty feet up in the trees and everything lol

lol yea i bet. I'd like to see how those reflector help. the whole glare issue is why i haven't already put a set in my car.
hondadude141
07-12-2008, 01:33 PM
well with the SiR headlights they had an extremely distinct cut off line with the regular bulbs so if these reflectors keep the light the same then i shouldn't have any glare problems but if not, then ill just go buy some silverstar ultras and be happy with it

well the reflectors did the job... sorta.. i lost a lot of definition in the cut off line of the headlights... im debating on what to do i love the color of the bulbs and the brightness is unbeatable but i don't want to blind everyone... The cutoff is still there its just not as defined but there isn't much glare at all
